How to Use Art in PowerPoint Presentations--This
page shows ways we incorporate art in our PowerPoint presentations at Lighthouse
Baptist Church.
-
Suggestions for utilizing the arts in the church:
1. The Internet has
many online art galleries that display classic and contemporary Christian
art. These art sites are great resources for downloading art to use in
a PowerPoint presentation.
2. Consider supplying paper
and map pencils during the worship service to those who like to doodle
and post their art on the bulletin board after church for others to enjoy.
3. Why not turn your foyer
into an art gallery? Ask local artists if they'd like to display their
art work for your congregation to enjoy. They could leave business cards
next to the painting in case anyone wants to contact them about their work.
4. Ask a local art instructor
to speak to your Senior's group and encourage the artistically inclined
to hone their skills.
5. Make your fellowship hall
available for an art show for the community on Saturday afternoon.
-
6. Pray for your children to
become actors, directors and artist to go into the culture and shine the
light.
